MyVibe is published by Dobbins Innovation Labs, LLC. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. The short version is: “MyVibe does not collect, transmit, or share your personal data.” 1. What MyVibe stores MyVibe stores the following on your device, using Apple’s standard local storage: - The moods you’ve enabled and disabled - Custom playlist overrides per mood - Whether location-based suggestions are turned on - Names, coordinates, and assigned moods for places you save - The Daily Vibe Score history (how many seconds you spent in each mood per day, last 30 days) - The count of completed Peace sessions - Whether you’ve completed the first-run onboarding This data never leaves your device. There is no MyVibe account, no MyVibe server, and no third-party analytics or advertising SDK in the app. Some preferences are shared between the main app and the MyVibe widget through Apple’s App Group mechanism - but the data still remains on your device only. 2. Apple Music MyVibe plays music through Apple’s MusicKit framework. The app asks permission to access your Apple Music subscription and library. With your permission, MyVibe also reads the list of playlists in your library so you can pick one as a custom override in Settings. We do not see, store, or transmit your Apple Music listening history, library contents, or subscription information. Apple handles all data exchange with Apple Music’s services under their privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy 3. Location If you turn on “Suggest moods by location” in Settings, MyVibe asks permission to access your location while the app is in use. Your location is used only on your device, only to check whether you are near a place you have saved (ex. Home or Work), and only while MyVibe is open. Your location is never transmitted off your device, never logged, and never shared. You can turn the feature off any time in Settings, or revoke location access in iOS Settings. 4. Apple Maps If you use the place picker to search for an address, your search query is sent to Apple’s MapKit service to return results. This request is made directly by your device to Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. We do not see, store, or process the query. 5. Apple Health MyVibe can log completed Peace sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. This is entirely optional and only happens when you tap “Log to Apple Health” on the session completion screen. When you tap that button, iOS asks for your permission the first time. If you allow it, MyVibe writes a single mindful-session entry for the time you just spent in the Peace screen. MyVibe never reads anything from Apple Health and never writes any other data type. Apple Health data is stored by iOS on your device under Apple’s own privacy controls. We never see, receive, or transmit your Health data - including the entries MyVibe writes on your behalf. You can revoke MyVibe’s permission to write to Apple Health any time in iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > MyVibe. 6. Children MyVibe is rated 4+ and contains no content directed at, or designed to collect data from, children. The app does not collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age. 7. Data retention and deletion Because all data stays on your device, you can erase everything MyVibe has ever stored by deleting the app. There is nothing on our side to retain or delete. 8. Your rights You have full control over MyVibe’s data at all times: - Disable or remove any saved place in Settings - Reset any custom playlist override - Revoke Apple Music, Location, or Apple Health permission in iOS Settings - Delete the app to remove every stored preference 9. Changes to this policy If we update this policy, the “Last updated” date below will change. Material changes will be noted for at least 30 days. 10.
